Our Policy

  • Mykes Cafe offers full refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase accompanied by a receipt and with any original tag(s) attached. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card.

  • Online orders returned in-store must be accompanied by the original invoice, original form of payment used, and a valid form of ID. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card unless a gift card is requested.

  • Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise and charge you for the new order. Please note this process is not always sequential.

  • The original shipping charge for online orders is not refunded.

  • Some pieces by Mykes Cafe are sold with intentional imperfections. If you are not sure if your item is intentionally imperfect, please contact customer service.
